Kyle started as a technician in 2003 at a UniglassPlus/Ziebart facility in Peterborough, ON. After various advancements in the industry, Kyle worked his way up to store manager for a location and managed the location for over six years. Kyle was instrumental in enhancing the profitability of this location, which helped propel him into a regional manager position in 2020 and then most recently area manager, where he supports over 25 locations throughout the province.
