Carrostra Solutions supports collision repair shops with their certification, compliance, training and organizational development initiatives. Our support, consulting and training services are available in both English and French.

I-CAR Gold Class, Certified Collision Care (CCC) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) program requirements can quickly become complex. We help shop managers understand what is required, assess their current situation and turn those requirements into a clear and achievable action plan.

Our support may include gap analysis, priority setting, evidence preparation and organization, training planning, stakeholder coordination, audit preparation, certification follow-up and maintenance.

Carrostra Solutions also provides technical training tailored to the needs, employees, equipment and operational reality of each shop. Training areas may include collision repair and frame straightening, welding and assembly, preparation and refinishing, estimating, quality control, production, workflow organization, as well as repair procedures and methods.

We also support shops with competency assessments, process improvement, team development and adaptation to current industry standards.
