Toronto, Ontario — The Automotive Industries Association of Canada’s (AIA Canada) High Fives for Kids Foundation has opened donations for the 2023 Chairman’s challenge, and announced that it has raised more than $24,000 in the 2022 Chairman’s challenge.

Combined with the funds gathered from other initiatives, AIA Canada says this will provide $26,500 of funding to children and youth charities across Canada.

In 2022, recipients included the YWCA-Edmonton, Children’s Breakfast Clubs (Ontario), Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba, YWCA-Calgary, Kerr Street Community Services and the Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta.

The educational scholarship program has thus far contributed $15,000 to students in Canadian post-secondary institutions.
