CARSTAR Collingwood launches in Ontario

Collingwood, Ontario — August 28, 2017 — CARSTAR has announced another expansion, this time in the community of Collingwood, Ontario. CARSTAR Collingwood is now open for business at 301 Pretty River Parkway. 
Gary Boucher is the owner of CARSTAR Collingwood and has over 40 years of experience in the collision repair industry. A statement from CARSTAR says Boucher has experience working as a technician, estimator and in a variety of office roles, providing him with understanding of every crucial element involved in quality collision repairs. His facility, now rebranded as CARSTAR Collingwood, has was originally founded by his father. 
“Growing up working at my father’s store was ideal, because he had the highest standards and was committed to doing things the right way,” says Boucher. “With the advances in today’s technologies and processes, I know how important it is to not only keep up, but make sure you surpass expectations.”
Although this store began as a 3,000 sq. ft. repair shop, CARSTAR Collingwood is now a robust 11,500 sq. ft. facility with approximately 20 employees and all of the equipment necessary to provide full collision repairs.
“Gary is always looking for new ways to better his operations and has an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service,” says Collin Welsh. “The continuous learning and growth at CARSTAR Collingwood will serve its community well, as these technicians will be able to provide premier repairs to their valued customers.”
Giving back to the community has always been something the Boucher family does. They have supported many local sports teams, and recently hosted a BBQ and car wash for the Collingwood General and Hospital Marine Foundation. Boucher says he aims to participate in one of the many fundraising events for the CARSTAR charity of choice, Cystic Fibrosis Canada, and will surely have a positive effect on the Collingwood community.
