Toronto, Ontario — Jul 12, 2017 — Founded in 2001 by the Quebec Dealers Association (CCAQ), CarrXpert is a network of new car dealerships and dealer authorized collision centres. According to the company, CarrXpert was specifically created by car dealers for car dealers, and today represents and offers support to over 500 dealerships and 200 collision centres. The network went national in 2016, as reported by Collision Repair magazine. In recent months, CarrXpert has put a plan in motion to double those figures over the next five years.

“This is a very exciting time for CarrXpert Collision Centres, we are enjoying tremendous growth in Atlantic Canada and are starting to grow in Ontario and Western Canada,” said David Lush, General Manager for CarrXpert North America. “We have enjoyed unprecedented success in the province of Quebec and are confirming that Dealers across the country are finding great value in our program.”

Wayne Loker is the Training and Operations Manager for CarrXpert North America. He notes that changes in the broader collision repair industry mean dealerships must change as well. “CarrXpert offers sales, marketing and operations support for dealerships and their associated collision centres,” he said. “It’s important that dealerships continue to evolve their collision centres as the rate of change in our industry continues to quicken.”

Jean-Francois Gargya, Director General of CarrXpert Quebec says that “Corporation CarrXpert is very proud of the progress CarrXpert NA has made over the last year and we are excited to provide our insurance partners with a national solution to better serve their clients through a specialized dealership network. We believe the industry as a whole will benefit from the CarrXpert NA expansion given our proximity to car makers and expertise, as the repair industry certifies itself to adapt to the evolution of technological and repair procedures taking place in the automotive sector.”
