Laval, Quebec — May 17, 2017 — Carrossier ProColor has announced the deployment of CosmosSync in all Carrossier ProColor collision centres across the network. Carrossier ProColor is a member of CSN COLLISION CENTRES.
CosmosSync is a mobile application designed to optimize the management of operations and communications in the collision repair industry. According to a statement from Carrossier ProColor, deploying the CosmosSync application will allow repair facilities to improve their information management systems to achieve a higher level of performance, as well as simplifying communications internally and with insurance partners.
The application allows users to take pictures and scan documents with a cell phone or a tablet, to which they can add notes in the form of text, drawings or even voice notes, and finally, to automatically transfer and file everything to a fold where all parties can have immediate access.
The app is designed to improve the process of exchanging information concerning estimates and repairs by eliminating time wasted due to the manual management of pictures, documents and numerous e-mails and phone calls between all parties.
