SikaTack Elite is a high-modulus windshield adhesive formulated for bonded glass replacement in modern vehicles. It is primerless to many painted surfaces when procedures are followed, and it is designed to meet crash-test and safety standards. The adhesive cures with ambient moisture and is dispensed using standard pneumatic or battery guns. Installers should observe bead geometry and clean substrate protocols. The manufacturer says the system enables a drive-away time as short as thirty minutes at twenty-three degrees Celsius and fifty percent relative humidity.
