Kitchener, Ontario — Uniban Canada, a subsidiary of the Clairus Group, recently announced its acquisition of the Ontario-based auto glass repair and replacement network Go! Glass KW Group.

The Clairus Group is a North American provider of technology-enabled repair, replacement and calibration services for automotive glass and related advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). According to the company, the recent acquisition of Go! The acquisition aims to provide Go! Glass with further resources to develop its calibration capabilities and enhance its customer experience, according to Uniban Canada.

“I’m proud that Go! Glass KW Group is partnering with the Clairus Group,” said John Day, founder of Go! Glass. “I feel extremely confident that the business will enjoy significant benefits as part of such a well-respected and vertically integrated auto glass platform.”
