Infiniti Canada has announced that Certified Collision Care, the Canadian division of Assured Performance Network, will administer and manage the Infiniti Certified Collision Repair Program.
The program will identify, certify, and promote retailer-owned and independent facilities as collision repair providers of choice, to Infiniti clients across Canada. The Infiniti Certified Collision Repair Program is designed to promote certified collision repair facilities to Infiniti clientele and insurers. The requirements are based upon the essential tools, process, equipment, training and facilities necessary to repair Infinitiaccording to manufacturer specifications.
“This will allow us to ensure the safe and proper repair of Infiniti vehicles to pre-accident condition, thereby further assuring our customer’s satisfaction,” says Andrew Harkness, director of aftersales for Nissan Canada. “Furthermore, the Infiniti Canada customer base has seen year-over-year growth for seven consecutive years. The partnership with Certified Collision Repair Network now provides more location options for collision repair, and subsequently an increased level of convenience for Infiniti customers coast-to-coast.”
