Involved in the collision sector since 1989, Kelly Roberts is currently Vice President, Canadian Sales at AirPro Diagnostics. Roberts joined from a large dealership shop in North Bay, Ontario. He holds Red Seal Journeyman credentials as well as multi-level I-CAR Platinum technician status. During his 32-year career, in which he has been involved in all areas of the collision repairs sector, Roberts remains a fierce advocate for the improvement of the collision repair industry as-a-whole.

With 40 plus years of experience in the automotive repair and technology industry, Chuck Olsen is currently the Senior SR. VP Automotive Technology Solutions for AirPro Diagnostics and as such is continuously seeking the latest advancements in the fields of scanning, diagnostics and calibrations of vehicles. Chuck has always focused on getting the knowledge and technology resources in the hands of service providers and repairers to allow them to repair vehicles in a safe and reliable way.

Chuck currently serves on several industry committees relating to emerging technologies and technical training including Collision Industry Conference (CIC), and the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF). He is currently on the board of Equipment & Tool Institute (ETI), and an adjunct instructor at Florida State College Jacksonville.
