Toronto, Ontario — July 21, 2014 — Enterprise Rent-A-Car recently held its 19th annual golf tournament in support of the Women In Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC).

Enterprise employees and industry supporters turned out in large numbers for the annual charity golf tournament.

Whether hitting a few drives or making some close putts, everyone in attendance enjoyed the nice weather while demonstrating their support for WICC, an advocacy group that was formed in 1996 by Mabel Sansom and Linda Matthews for the purpose of raising funds for cancer research all the while increasing awareness about the struggles and triumphs of those afflicted by cancer.

Once the final ball was driven far across the fairway, Enterprise’s annual golf tournament raised $35,000 in support of WICC, with the organization being presented a cheque during the event’s end-of-event banquet.

Signature Level Sponsors for the event included BMW, Fix Auto, CSN Collision Centres, Impact Insurance and CARSTAR, among others.
