Irvine, California -- November 14, 2011 -- The next Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW), scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 17, will welcome Rex Green of BB&T Capital Markets to discuss an investor's view of multiple shop operators. His presentation is entitled "The Investor's View of the State of the Financial Markets and What Does The Next Five Years Look Like For Owners of and Investors in Multiple Collision Repair Shop Operators?"
Over his twenty-plus year career in investment banking, Rex has led numerous teams of investment bankers in the service of corporate clients seeking to evaluate and execute complex capital markets transactions. He personally has served as lead investment banker on over one hundred different successfully executed transactions including divestitures, acquisitions, private placements, public offerings, recapitalizations, management buyouts and debt restructurings across a broad spectrum of industries, including the automotive aftermarket. Rex currently serves as the head of the Consumer Group for BB&T Capital Markets.
Each CREW webcast includes a visual presentation of the content, a simultaneous audio conference call. Erick Bickett, Fix Auto, Matthew Ohrnstein, Symphony Advisors, and Vincent Romans, The Romans Group, produce and present the semi-monthly, one-hour Webcast meeting.
