Thornhill, Ontario--June 7, 2010--The Canadian Insurance Claims Managers Association met in downtown Toronto last week for their general meeting.

The get together featured a presentation from Donald Cooper. If you're like me, you'll know Cooper from just about every baseball glove or piece of hockey equipment you had growing up--his family made all kinds of sporting goods, and he learned some management tricks along the way.
