Dallas, Texas--August 11, 2010--Marketing expert Kelly McDonald will present the keynote address at the Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) Opening General Session, from 8:30–10am on Monday, Oct. 11, 2010, followed immediately by the opening of the NACE and CARS show floor.

McDonald’s presentation, titled “The Changing Face of Your Business--Inside and Out,” will focus on diversity as a business opportunity and will examine the effects of generational, racial and ethnic changes occurring in the automotive service workplace as it relates to employees and customers.
