Partnered Prospects: Rotunda Capital Partners acquires AirPro Diagnostics

Toronto, Ontario – Rotunda Capital Partners has officially announced that it has acquired AirPro Diagnostics.

As noted in a recent press release, this partnership, formed in collaboration with existing management, aims to accelerate AirPro’s growth by broadening its reach to meet the industry’s increasing demand for outsourced and technology-enabled Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) solutions.

Despite the recent partnership, the release further acknowledges that AirPro’s existing management will retain a meaningful ownership stake in the company in order to maintain continuity in leadership.  

Additionally, as part of the transaction, Rotunda operating executive, Mike Cranfill, will join AirPro Diagnostic’s board.
